Born in St.Helens, family in Wigan and working in the Lake District Areas. First photographic interests as a teenager having purchased an Halina Spotmatic. Employment and Pentax, Olympus, Canon, Nikon SLR cameras were the next ventures. First digital camera was an Olympus compact which cost a small fortune, currently now using Canon gear.....Canon 5D, 24-105L, 100-400L, Tamron 90mm macro, Canon400D all supported by Gitzo.

Digital has now given the opportunity for people to experiment and present there images in a way that develops the indivuduals artistic expression. Most of the images shown on these pages are without gross manipulation, what you see is the identical image that appeared in the camera viewfinder.
